My senior maine coone already suffers with UTI and blockages so far the past year he has been on Wysong Uretic, but he has bad arthritis and now diagnosed with Diabetes!

The vet of course is pushing Science Diet but I hate all of their foods from previous experiences.
This darn cat REFUSES to eat wet food so does anyone have a good dry food suggestion for diabetics?
As I said, this cat doesn't eat wet food. The vet and I have tried to switch him for 5 years and thats not happening.
Any suggestions for a dry food?

My family currently feeds our three cats special kitty wet and dry cat food. I was getting suspicious about it though, because one of my cat's doesn't seem to really enjoy the taste, and one of them sometimes throws up, and his poos are always huge in the litter box.
I read all this horrible stuff about special kitty, and now feel the need to switch to a better food. The thing is though, we don't have thattt much money (which is why we get special kitty) so could someone tell me a good brand of cat food i can get at walmart?

My 2 year old cat was probably born premature. She is very small for her age. I found her a year ago outside my apartment building. For some reason she throws up every single day at least once a day. I heard that some cats can be allergic to red dye that is in most cat foods. Her vet cannot seem to find a problem and when she eats wet food she doesn't get sick. But wet food everyday is unhealhy. Does anyone know a really good brand of food for cats with natural ingrdients? I'm willing to spend a lot if it means my cat will be healthy. Thank you.

I feed her Halo Spot's Stew dry cat food and when she eats it, I only hear crunching noises every so often. I'm almost afraid she's neglecting to chew her food, but there's always the possibility she's just a quiet eater. Could it be a tooth problem? What do I do? What is the best brand IN YOUR opinions

I know that By-products are not in the best interests of cats and all that and I am thinking about adopting my first ever pet kitten (I've been a dog person all my life but bnow that I live in a apartment I need something that would fit in fine in a small apartment.)

So I would appreciate a reply back and some good answers. The price would not matter, I have a good job so I am on a good budget.
Thanks for that reply Kathleen but you won't have to worry about the spay-neuter thing. I'm going to be adopting one from the local shelter and its mandatory for every dog-cat to be spayed or neutered prior to they're release to they're new home

my fiances mom has 12 cats and when she buys those 16 lb bags of cat food they only last 3 days. Any brand that sells like a 25lb bag or a 35lb bag would be awesome. can anyone help me find something to help??

Hello. I have a 2-3 year old female cat who has IBD and severe allergies. She is currently eating Innova Evo dry cat food (since her stomach gets in a bind when she is on wet food) and I think it is a very good food. The only problem that I have with it is...that it contains chicken. She is allergic to chicken.

I found the Dick Van Patten's Dry Cat Green Pea & Duck food formula...but I am having second thoughts. I know it isn't as high quality as Evo...but her skin and stomach would definitely thank me if I changed her food.

I am looking for an all-natural cat food, even organic if you have something to offer. It needs to contain lamb, duck, or venison, NO chicken, fish, turkey...none of that. It also needs to be corn, wheat and grain free. No by-products, no artificial ANYTHING.

Please do not suggest Purina...I have asked a similar question in the past and all I get are commercial-brand foods.
